- Report a Lost Shipment: Contact us within 7 days if your order doesn’t arrive. Provide your order number for investigation.
- Change Delivery Address: Request an update before dispatch by emailing us with your order details.
- Delivery Times: Expect 2-5 business days within Nigeria, subject to location and logistics.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries; check eligibility at checkout.

Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Scentix purchase. Here’s how our return process works:
- Return Eligibility: You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact. Damaged or opened products are not eligible unless defective.
- Return Process: Contact us at returns@scentix.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
- Defective Items: If a product arrives faulty, report it within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after receiving the return, credited to your original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% fee may apply for returns due to buyer’s remorse, excluding defective items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom fragrances cannot be returned unless defective.
